Qualifications

• Requires a healthcare background with patient services or care coordination experience.
• Experience with payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, and access processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment and travel up to 50–80%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide education on disease state, therapy, and treatment expectations using approved materials.
• Coordinate support services to address access or adherence barriers.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Educate on product handling, storage, and administration.
