Job summary

United Site Services in the United States is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all branch operations, including dispatch, field technicians, drivers and yard staff. You will review paperwork for accuracy, monitor service levels and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth regional operations.

The role requires a minimum 2-year degree, 5+ years of leadership experience, budgeting skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Navision, Office and routing software.
• Valid Driver License (Class C).

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatchers, service technicians, drivers, yard staff, and shop personnel.
• Review paperwork including manifests and routing tickets for accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; propose improvements for efficiency and customer care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure positive regional communication.
• Address customer service and delivery issues; coordinate asset transfers with other branches.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs and workload.
• Analyze and report on operations (service levels, routing, labor, overtime, fuel).
• Support Regional VP in adopting standard practices and efficiency measures.
