The role emphasizes safety program administration, staffing, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to uphold service levels and customer satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, fence crew(s), and shop.
• Review paperwork including manifests, routing tickets, DVIRs for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; identify improvements for efficiency and customer care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clear regional communication.
