Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results
• Knowledge of dispatch, routing, and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatchers, routes, and field staff.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor service levels and improve efficiency.
