Job summary

United Site Services seeks a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard operations, supervise drivers and technicians, and coordinate routing for efficiency. You will analyze performance metrics and work with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires DOT compliance experience, 2+ years in leadership, and a valid driver’s license, with a strong focus on safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement across the field operations network.

Qualifications

• DOT compliance, fleet management, and routing experience.
• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.
• Customer Service, Team Building, Organization, Communications, Decision Making and Problem Solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities for the yard; supervises all Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pick-ups, and deliveries to ensure routing efficiencies.
• Analyze and report on operational metrics (routing, labor, overtime, fuel, customer care).
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
• Review and approve payroll-related time entries and time-off requests.
• Oversee DOT log books and safety program administration.
• Lead employee development and periodic performance reviews.
• Operate a variety of company vehicles and perform other duties as assigned.
