Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager Field Ops to lead all branch operations, drive service levels, and optimize routing and fleet performance.

You will supervise dispatchers, technicians, and drivers, develop staffing plans, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure safety and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to implement standard practices across the region, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associates Degree from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results
• Knowledge of financial statements
• Experience managing a budget
• Valid Driver License (Class C)
• Experience with multi-stop routing system and dispatch procedures
• Computer knowledge (Navision, Microsoft Office and routing/logistics software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatchers, service technicians, drivers, yard personnel, fence crews, and shop.
• Review paperwork for completion and accuracy (manifests, routing tickets, DVIRs).
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; suggest improvements to efficiency and quality of customer care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure region-wide positive communication.
• Work with Operations Managers to coordinate asset transfers and staffing.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs and workloads.
• Develop and implement standard practices with the Regional VP to improve efficiency.
• Administer the fleet safety program and coordinate safety training.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and employee development.
• Operate and pull trailers with company vehicles.
