Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all branch operations, dispatch, fleet, and safety programs. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure service levels and delivery efficiencies across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting knowledge, and a track record of improving operational processes in a field service environment. This is an on-site, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year/Associate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years proven leadership leading a diverse team.
• Experience with multi-stop routing and dispatch procedures.
• Knowledge of financial statements and budget management.
• Valid Driver License (Class C).
• Proficient in Navision, MS Office and routing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatchers, service technicians, drivers, yard personnel and crews.
• Review paperwork for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments for communication and problem solving.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs.
• Analyze operational activities and prepare reports.
• Develop and implement standard practices with VP oversight.
• Oversee fleet DOT administration and payroll approvals.
• Coordinate safety training with Safety & HR.
• Manage employee development and performance reviews.
