Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all branch operations, dispatch, fleet, and safety programs. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure service levels and delivery efficiencies across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting knowledge, and a track record of improving operational processes in a field service environment. This is an on-site, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 year/Associate degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.
Minimum 5 years proven leadership leading a diverse team.
Experience with multi-stop routing and dispatch procedures.
Knowledge of financial statements and budget management.
Valid Driver License (Class C).
Proficient in Navision, MS Office and routing software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct oversight of dispatchers, service technicians, drivers, yard personnel and crews.
Review paperwork for completion and accuracy.
Monitor service levels and deliveries; implement efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with other departments for communication and problem solving.
Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs.
Analyze operational activities and prepare reports.
Develop and implement standard practices with VP oversight.
Oversee fleet DOT administration and payroll approvals.
Coordinate safety training with Safety & HR.
Manage employee development and performance reviews.
