Job summary

Rentokil Terminix in Appleton, WI is seeking a recruiting and development leader to oversee technician staffing, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize technician success and retention and to enhance overall service quality.

You will recruit residential and/or commercial pest technicians, review performance, respond to customer concerns, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage scheduling and inventory while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; licenses/certificates must be maintained as required by law.
• Ability to lead and motivate others with strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Comfort with basic math and calculations related to sales/service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality for retention.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps and monitor scheduling.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance; manage inventory of control products.
