Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Rail, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead site-level operations in a Bayway, NJ facility. You will oversee daily railcar repair activities, guide a skilled team, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, KPI oversight, and the ability to plan staffing, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and production priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities
