Qualifikationen

• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and risks.
• Manage staffing through recruitment, scheduling, training, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate daily toolbox talks to align on safety and production goals.
• Ensure accurate repair tracking, reporting, and customer updates.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, turnaround, and cost metrics.
• Support safety and quality audits and billing accuracy.
