Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor in Bedford Park, IL. You will lead site-level railcar repair operations, direct a skilled workforce, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence. The position requires supervisory experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to manage staffing and production priorities.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and quality standards is required.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and production priorities is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and operational metrics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
• Drive performance against KPIs such as turnaround time, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staffing through recruitment, scheduling, training, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate daily team huddles (toolbox talks) to align on safety and production goals.
• Oversee repair tracking, reporting, and customer updates and support audits.
