Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; previous supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
• Ability to manage staffing, schedules and production priorities.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Drive performance against turnaround time, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, scheduling and workforce planning.
• Facilitate daily safety and production huddles.
• Oversee repair tracking, reporting and customer updates.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in safety and quality audits.
• Oversee billing accuracy and completion.
• Support employee development and training.
• Lead continuous improvement and visual management practices.
