Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily railcar repair operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
• Drive performance against metrics like turnaround time, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and training.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and align safety and production goals.
• Ensure accurate repair tracking, reporting, and customer updates.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity and costs; support audits and continuous improvement.
