Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Rail, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead site-level railcar repair operations. You will manage a skilled team, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and align daily work with customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and quality standards required.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and production priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily railcar repair operations and lead a skilled workforce.
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and safety standards.
• Monitor performance against KPIs such as turnaround time and cost.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce planning.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce goals.
• Ensure accurate repair tracking, reporting, and customer updates.
• Support audits and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee billing accuracy and timely completion.
• Drive continuous improvement and visual management practices.
