Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a skilled manager to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize retention and service quality. The role will recruit residential/commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians and evaluate performance through ride-alongs and audits.

You will respond to customer concerns, ensure efficient scheduling, maintain safety standards, and cover staffing gaps as needed. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee technician training, coaching, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory of pest/termite control products.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (ride-alongs and audits).
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns.

• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to help close staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest/termite products.
