Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Staffing and Training Manager to lead technician recruiting, coaching, and accountability across branches.

You will focus on maximizing technician retention, service quality, and customer satisfaction through structured development and performance reviews. You will recruit residential/commercial pest and lawn technicians, monitor scheduling, ensure safety standards, and maintain inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have problem-solving skills and ability to identify practical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong math aptitude for sales/service calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance through ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns and ensure high service quality.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps and improve utilization.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure appointments are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure safety standards are met and operations comply with regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control and home services products.
