Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Maintain licenses and certificates as required by regulation.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability cadence.
Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (ride-alongs/audits).
Respond to customer concerns diligently and compassionately.
Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments.
Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Maintain inventory of pest/termite control products.
