Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Operations Lead to oversee technician staffing, training, and accountability. You will recruit residential and commercial pest technicians, monitor performance, and respond to customer concerns to maximize retention.

The role emphasizes scheduling optimization, safety compliance, and collaboration across branches to meet staffing needs and service quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) and valid driver's license.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability.
• Recruit/hire residential/commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and protect service quality.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure efficient customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory of pest/termite control products.
