Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize technician success and retention while ensuring high-quality service for our customers. The role involves staffing, performance reviews, and safety/compliance across the branch network.

The position emphasizes strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with periodic travel to territories to support staffing and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance (ride-alongs and audits).
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and compassionately.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps as needed.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient appointments.
• Ensure safety standards are met and operations comply with regulations.
• Monitor inventory of pest/termite control products.
