Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and development to maximize retention and service quality. You will manage staffing, performance reviews, and relations with customers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This on-site role requires traveling within territory and promoting best practices across branches to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns.
• Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure appointments are completed efficiently.
• Ensure safety standards are met and operations comply with regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
