Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a people-focused Staffing and Training Manager to lead technician recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coaching across residential and commercial pest services in our MA region.

You’ll drive retention, performance, and safety while aligning staffing with service demands and company standards. You’ll oversee evaluations, enforce regulatory compliance, and partner with branch leadership to optimize schedules and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills for staffing and route optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician recruitment, hiring, training, and accountability to maximize retention and service quality.
• Review technician performance through ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and ensure high service levels.
• Manage staffing levels to cover residential and commercial pest service.
• Monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory of pest control products and supplies.
