• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance (ride-alongs/audits).
• Respond diligently to customer concerns.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure efficient appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory of pest/control products.
