Rentokil North America, Inc. in Florida is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and accountability to maximize technician success and retention while maintaining high service quality for customers.

The role will drive staffing across residential and commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians; review performance; manage scheduling; and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on coaching and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure appointments are completed efficiently and effectively.
