Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive client satisfaction, and coordinate field operations. The role includes directing service delivery, managing material and staff resources, and collaborating with the sales team to support business development.

The position requires 3–5 years in a management role with strong customer service background, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior customer service to clients.
• Offer direction to staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control.
• Daily travel throughout territory visiting clients, assisting specialists, and partnering with the sales team on business development.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
