Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive service quality, and contribute to sales growth across a defined territory.

You will travel to client sites, mentor staff, manage finances, and coordinate with the sales team. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, 3–5 years in management, and a valid driver's license are required. Benefits start day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role focusing on customer service.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to deliver superior service.
• Provide direction in operations, service and client care.
• Oversee revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within territory to visit clients and support the sales team.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
