Job summary

Rentokil North America in Kent, WA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of pest service specialists and drive customer service excellence. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate field routing, and partner with the sales team for growth.

A flexible schedule and travel within the territory may be required. The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in a service environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to clients.
• Offer direction to staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Responsible for basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within territory to visit clients, support specialists, and work with sales on business development.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
