You’ll optimize resources, handle inventory, and report results while fostering a positive, external-facing presence for the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in facilities operations or related fields.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering program improvements.
• Strong client relationship and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and training a skilled, dependable team.
• Adjusting resource deployment to match changing needs.
• Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
• Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Reporting outcomes via spreadsheets, timekeeping, and budgets.
