Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our ambassador programs. The role requires 5–7 years of leadership in facilities operations or public space maintenance and strong client relationship skills.

You will hire, train, and supervise a team, deploy resources, and monitor program quality. The position emphasizes hands-on management, communication, and the ability to adapt to diverse outdoor settings.

Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager (Ideal for manager with groundskeeping, landscaping, outdoor space maintenance experience.)

Salary: $75K, plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits)

Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 7a - 3:30pm

Are you a leader with 5-7 years of experience in facilities operations management or public space maintenance? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
• Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
• Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
• Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Timekeeping, Budgets).
• Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
