Key duties include recruiting and onboarding ambassadors, managing in-field operations, solving problems, and maintaining reporting through various channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or related field.
• Background in management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to create accurate reports using spreadsheets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of ambassadors; train and mentor the team.
• Adjust deployment of resources to match daily needs and staffing levels.
• Identify problems and implement innovative solutions to improve the program.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Generate and report outcomes via spreadsheets, Kronos and budgets.
