Job summary

Block by Block is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our Ambassador Team in Denver, CO. You will lead staffing, training, and field coaching to deliver a friendly, safe, and clean environment for communities and downtown districts.

You will deploy resources daily, recruit and onboard ambassadors, monitor performance, and report outcomes using spreadsheets and timekeeping systems. Must have a solid 5-year work history and leadership experience in outdoor/events settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' supervision experience with previous employers.
• Experience leading field teams in outdoor or events environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of Ambassadors and training.
• Adjust deployment of resources to meet daily needs.
• Identify and solve program quality issues; lead innovation.
• Manage purchasing and inventory of supplies.
• Report outcomes via spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets.
• Hands-on coaching and field mentorship.
• Lead event-season coverage and support.
