Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, onboard and train Ambassadors.
• Adjust deployment of resources to match daily needs.
• Identify and solve program quality issues; act as innovator.
• Purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
• Report outcomes via spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, budgets.
• Hands-on coaching and field mentoring.
