Job summary

Block by Block is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements.

We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• Expert Customer Service Skills.
• Expert Judgement.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Able to work in all weather with all-weather uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
• Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
• Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
• Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Reporting outcomes through spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets.
• Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
