WM (Waste Management) seeks an Operations Coach/Leader to oversee onboarding, development, mentoring and performance management for drivers and helpers. The role spends significant time in the field with frontline staff, ensuring safety, training and alignment with WM practices.

Responsibilities include guiding onboarding, coaching conversations, and regular reviews of best practices to improve daily performance and career progression for frontline employees.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new frontline employees with tools, instruction and feedback.
• Meet daily with new frontline employees to support onboarding.
• Provide timely, consistent touchpoints with frontline employees.
