BrightView Landscape LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. You will manage staff, resources, and workflows to achieve financial targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.

The role drives continuous improvement, fosters collaboration across departments, and ensures operations support excellent customer service. This is a field-based, full-time position with travel within the branch territory.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in landscape or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience within landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and company systems such as FSM and BrightPath.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration between departments.
• Ensure operations support excellent customer service.
• Prepare weekly and monthly labor planner; manage expenses and resources.
• Source products from vendors and manage inventory to meet demand.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain safety documentation.
• Track KPIs and report to Branch Manager daily.
• Coordinate operational projects to meet timelines and scope.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and technology to meet demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/clients.
