United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all branch operations, including dispatch, service technicians, and drivers. You will monitor performance, improve processes, and coordinate cross‑department communications to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, budgeting, staffing, and performance reviews, with responsibilities spanning DOT administration, payroll approvals, and asset management. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year or associate degree; education and experience equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership leading a diverse team.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, organization, time management.
• Valid Driver License (Class C) and multi-stop routing experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, and drivers.
• Review paperwork for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with regions to ensure positive communication.
• Resolve customer service and delivery issues; coordinate asset transfers.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs.
• Analyze operational activity: service levels, routing, labor, overtime, fuel.
• Develop and implement standard practices with Regional VP.
• Responsible for fleet DOT administration and log books.
• Approve e-time punches and time-off requests.
• Administer safety program; coordinate training with Safety & HR.
• Conduct periodic employee performance reviews.
• Create a positive, safe work environment.
• Operate company vehicles and pull trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
