United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all operational functions at a branch in the United States. The role includes supervising dispatchers, service technicians, drivers, and yard staff, while ensuring accurate paperwork and service levels.

You'll lead cross-functional coordination with other departments, manage staffing, analyze operational metrics, and enforce safety programs. A strong leadership background and budget experience are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 Year / Associates Degree from two-year college or technical school or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results
• Experience managing a budget
• Experience with multi-stop routing system and dispatch procedures
• Knowledge of Navision, Microsoft Office and routing software

Responsabilidades

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, fence crew(s), and shop
• Review of all paperwork including manifests, routing tickets, DVIRs, etc. for completion and accuracy
• Monitor all service levels and deliveries to ensure the best efficiencies. Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care
• Work directly with other departments to ensure excellent/positive communication within the region
• Work with various departments to resolve customer service & delivery issues. Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches
• Maintain proper staffing levels to meet and exceed customer and branch needs
• Analyze and report on operational activities such as service levels, routing efficiency, labor & overtime, and fuel
• Develop and implement standard practices and efficiency recommendations with the Regional VP
• Responsible for fleet DOT administration including log books & record maintenance
• Review and approve e-time punches and payroll-related forms; schedule time off
• Administer the company's safety program with Safety & HR; coordinate training
• Responsible for employee development & conducting periodic performance reviews
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and effective work environment
• Operate a variety of company vehicles and pull trailers
• Perform other duties as assigned
