Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all branch operations, including dispatch, service techs, drivers, and shop personnel. The role ensures accurate paperwork, efficient routing, and strong customer communication.

You will drive staffing, safety programs and performance reviews to sustain top service levels. This leadership position requires a track record of managing diverse teams, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to support regional goals and branch

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year / Associates Degree from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatchers, service technicians, drivers, and yard personnel.
• Review paperwork for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries to improve efficiency and customer care.
• Collaborate with regional teams to coordinate asset transfers.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs.
• Analyze operational activity and report on efficiency and labor.
• Develop standard practices with the Regional VP.
• Administer fleet safety programs and DOT administration.
• Approve payroll-related punches and time off requests.
• Lead safety initiatives and employee development.
• Create a positive, safe work environment.
• Operate and pull company vehicles and trailers.
