Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all operational functions at a branch in a leadership capacity. You will supervise dispatchers, technicians, drivers, and shop staff while ensuring safety and efficiency across routing and service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and logistics knowledge. Salary range is competitive; benefits are provided in a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year/Associate Degree from a two-year college/technical school or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results
• Experience with multi-stop routing/dispatch procedures
• Knowledge of financial statements and budgeting
• Knowledge of all company assets in inventory

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, drivers, yard personnel, and shop.
• Review paperwork for completion and accuracy (manifests, routing tickets, DVIRs).
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; recommend improvements for efficiency and customer care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure strong regional communication.
• Resolve customer service and delivery issues; coordinate asset transfers with other branches.
• Maintain staffing to meet branch needs and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
