Zusammenfassung

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to drive daily field operations, coordinating crew activities after receiving directives from a General Foreperson. You will lead field training, enforce safety standards in alignment with OSHA and company policy, and maintain comprehensive records and reports.

You will interact with property owners to obtain access, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting safe work practices and cost-efficient crew management.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision.
• Driver's License Required

Aufgaben

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving/interpreting orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners; refers complex cases to the General Foreperson.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports relating to crew performance; controls crew costs.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and incidents to supervisors; cooperates with customers and public authorities.
