Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols, and mentor field staff.

You will train crew, enforce OSHA standards, coordinate with property owners, manage records, costs, and equipment, and ensure high-quality work while maintaining customer relations. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently in the field.
• Valid CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work.
• Train and retrain crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Obtain access permission and coordinate with owners.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Manage crew costs and resource use.
• Report orders completed and incidents.
• Coordinate with customers and emergency services when needed.
