Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations, coordinate crew work, and ensure safety compliance. The role involves training crew members, resolving job-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with management and property owners.

The Foreperson will supervise crew performance, track workloads, and ensure efficient use of equipment while upholding company safety standards. Strong leadership and field-based decision-making are essential.

Formación

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in field conditions.
• Adapt to field requirements and work independently without close supervision.
• No fear of heights.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after receiving orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforce safety practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate access with property owners and address any issues.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Control crew costs through efficient use of time and resources.
• Provide reports to supervisors on orders completed and incidents.
