Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily field operations, coordinate crew tasks, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. You will train and mentor employees and contractors, manage access with property owners, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

The role requires CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to work in outdoor utility environments with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Must organize, multi-task, and adapt to field requirements without close supervision.
• Must be comfortable at heights and able to safely drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders are received.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy; provide safety training as needed.
• Obtain access permissions from property owners for required work.
• Maintain crew records, timesheets, and work reports.
• Monitor crew costs and efficiency including equipment usage.
