Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily field operations, coordinate crew tasks, and enforce safety protocols. You will work with management to determine staffing needs, schedules, and training requirements while ensuring productive performance.

You will mentor crew members, document work, maintain equipment, and communicate with customers to resolve issues. A valid CDL and ability to work in outdoor conditions are required.

• Ability to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Comfort working in outdoor environments and heavy labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new/revised job units.
• Enforces safety practices per policy and OSHA standards; conducts safety training.
• Represents company with customers, obtaining access and coordinating work with property owners.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and work completed.
• In emergencies, assesses hazards and coordinates response to protect people and property.
