Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, and enforce safety protocols in concert with management.

The role includes training staff, assigning work, maintaining records, and communicating with property owners while upholding OSHA standards, DOT rules, and company policies. This is a Full-Time, non-exempt position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read drawings and understand job symbols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts on-site training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicates with property owners about access, work scope, and responsibilities.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and equipment usage while ensuring quality work.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and incidents as needed.
• Supports coordination with management, customers, and emergency services.
