Job summary

WM is seeking a field-based supervisor to onboard, develop, coach, and manage the performance of drivers and helpers. The role requires spending substantial time in the field with frontline teams and maintaining strong relationships across the workforce.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, documenting regulatory records (DOT), and reviewing routine route operations to address issues. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a mixed office/plant environment with customer-facing

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (accredited) or high school diploma with two years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Driver's License valid upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance of drivers and helpers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with front-line employees.
• Spend the majority of the day in the field with frontline employees.
• Ensure safety practices are paramount and conduct root cause investigations for injuries.
• Document and maintain records required by regulatory agencies such as the DOT.
• Review route operations documents and assist in resolving safety concerns.
• Visit customers and client sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues.
