Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience.
• Two years of government experience (State or Federal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and adjust staffing to meet business needs.
• Desire to act as a public servant and deliver premier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Branch Manager in planning, directing, organizing, and overseeing branch operations, audits, compliance, and premier customer service.
• Working with staff to solve customer problems.
• Plan, schedule, and evaluate the work of subordinate supervisors and staff.
• Act as a change agent and develop workflow efficiencies.
• Operate within a union environment.
