Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in planning, directing, organization and overseeing branch operations, audits, compliance and premier customer service.
• Plan, assigns, schedules and evaluates work of supervisors, agents, maintenance and support staff.
• Act as a change agent within the MVA and develop workflow efficiencies.
• Work in a union environment to ensure alignment with policies.
• Collaborate with employees to resolve customer problems.
