Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Two years of experience working in the State or Federal Government.
• Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supervising operations of a subordinate unit or relevant government transportation/regulatory function.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Branch Manager in planning, leading, directing, organization, and overseeing assigned branch operations, audits, compliance, and premier customer service
• Working with employees to solve problems for customers
• Plans, assigns, schedules, and evaluates the work of subordinate supervisors, driver license agents, customer agents, maintenance, and support staff
• Acting as a change agent within the MVA
• Developing workflow efficiencies
• Working in a union environment
