Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per policy and OSHA standards.
• Coordinates with property owners for access and work permissions.
• Maintains records and reports on crew performance and incidents.
