Job summary

Asplundh Careers is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and support management with hiring needs and safety protocol enforcement. The role emphasizes leadership, field training, and customer relations to ensure high-quality work and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards and conducts safety training.
• Communicates with property owners/customers about access, outages, and responsibilities for damage.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains reports, timesheets, and crew performance records.
